Quality Improvement section supports and promotes the mission and vision of the organization by working collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical departments to implement programs, plans, policies, and processes to integrate the business activities in the organization.

Accreditation and Policy Development
This section:
- Carries oversight for the development of the Administrative Policies and Procedures (APP), Interdepartmental Policies and Procedures (IPP), Departmental Policies and Procedures (DPP) that are required for continuous readiness for the national and international accreditations
- Facilitates the tracer rounds used to assess each department or section's compliance with organization-approved programs, plans, policies and procedures
- Supports preparation of department specific certifications, surveys and assist with the standards interpretation where applicable
Performance Indicator Management
This section:
- Supports the organization's mission and objectives and leads the development and implementation of a Performance Management system across the organization
- Carries out the development, implementation and integration of the Performance Indicators for all operational activities
- Supports the achievements and reveals strategic and operational issues that hinder progress towards the attainment of the organization's mission
- Ensures continuous functioning, providing meaningful information at all times during the fiscal year
- Provides a balanced set of performance measures that will provide a view not only of financial performance, but also of business results, clients and employees
- Oversees the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of performance measurement information related to financial performance, business results, client focus, and employee focus
- Provides the overall set of indicators that give a balanced picture of the organization's performance, reflecting the main aspects, including both outcomes and the users' perspective
Risk Management
The Risk Management section is an integrated, comprehensive proactive program designed to oversee clinical and non-clinical activities, aspects of risk identification, evaluation and coordination of the corrective action to mitigate the identified risks within the organization that have potential to cause harm
Continuous Improvement
This section:
- Provides a structured frame work, education and training on quality improvement concepts, tools, data and techniques, and other related subjects
- Ensures that coaching is offered to staff and teams working on quality improvement activities both clinical and non-clinical
- Facilitates the development and the use of performance indicators and performance analysis
- Provides a platform for performance monitoring and improvement initiatives for all departments and section
