1. PURPOSE

2. APPLICABILITY
This policy applies to all staff in Team One facilities.

- Idda: Period of grieving for Muslim woman after husband's death
4. POLICY

Policy Principles:
- All leaves must be requested through ERP system/Manual form
- Approval required from department heads prior to leave start date
- Unauthorized leave extension results in absence declaration
- Cancellation/amendment requires ERP system/Manual form approval
- Return to work completion is essential part of leave process
4.6. ANNUAL LEAVE
Guidelines for annual leave accrual and usage.
Annual Leave Rules:
- 21 days before 5 years of service, 30 days after 5 years
- Coordination with departments for leave scheduling
- Department Head can schedule leave based on work requirements
- Only one previous year balance can be carried over
- Maximum 72 days compensation on end of service

- Hajj Pilgrimage: 10 paid days for eligible employees
- Marriage Leave: 5 days upon authenticated marriage certificate

- Examination Leave: For Saudi employees pursuing education
