SCOPE OF SERVICES
Administrative Services provides admin communication service, mail service, translation service, admin support service, Project Management and Strategic Management.
Administrative Support
- Manage and provide admin assistants to different departments.
- Support to provide all sort of secretarial assistance to the management staff under each department/section.
Administrative Communications
- Receiving, registering, and delivering all incoming and outgoing official correspondences and postal mail.
- Answer all the follow-up inquiries.
Project Management
- Study & follow-up the assigned project works referred by CEO.
- Conduct project analysis to define risks and benefits.
- Evaluate the success of the proposed projects.
- Selection and prioritization of initiatives to be aligned with the organization strategy.
- Monitor, prepare project progress dashboards and reports with the governing body.
- Facilitating decision making for selecting new projects and managing the existing project portfolios.
- Prepare progress reports to measure the achieved results.
- Track the required changes for the ongoing projects.
- Ensure all the proposed partnerships / collaborations aligned with the organization mission and values.
- Adopting governance system to manage all process changes proposed to close a performance gap after analyzing process issues and root causes.
- Conducting process redesign activities by implementing process improvement methodology.
- Provide process modelling services.
- Ensure standardization of processes for communication, monitoring and process improvement.
- Prepare project plan in accordance with the approved scope and timeline of the project assigned.
- Implementation of the assigned project.
Strategy Management
- Assist in formulating strategy and help to set the direction of its execution.
- Develop a strategic plan, activities involving making decisions, setting priorities, strengthen operations, and focusing energy and resources to their best utilization.
- Helps to ensure employees and other stakeholders working towards the strategic goals.
- Facilitate strategy review sessions where strategic performance gaps and strategic issues are identified and analyzed in order to define the required changes that need to be implemented.
- Analyze the impact of strategic changes resulting from the strategic review sessions and provide feasibility study on strategic changes to evaluate the performance implications.
- Track overall performance of indicators and metrics of organization.
Translation
- Provides all translation office services
- Collaborates to provide training support for trainee
- Manages, controls and distributes official printouts (envelops, pads, letterhead)
- Designs and issues Business Card
- Designs and issues different types of stamps (official, non-official, personal, department)
- Provides copying, printing and wire-bind services
